Our Story: A Journey of Growth and Inspiration
Our story starts with love and challenges. We’ve watched Mubashir a POD, a family member with autism, grow since his birth in 2000. Each step of his journey, filled with learning and overcoming obstacles, has deeply inspired us.
The Beginning of Our Flower Journey
In 2007, Mubashir’s journey inspired the inception of Al Mubshir Natural Flowers & Plants Trading Establishment in Sharjah. More than a flower shop, it represented hope and future support for PODs. One of our notable projects was importing premium Christmas trees from the UK, accompanied by delivery, setup with a specialized watering stand, and post-holiday recovery, showcasing our commitment to quality in everything we do.
Learning and Growing
Our family has been connected to farming since 1990. We’ve grown coconuts, mangoes, and ventured into the colorful world of flowers. Each season brought new lessons. Challenges from nature and market fluctuations became opportunities for growth.
Technology Meets Nature
By 2010, we were exploring new ways to farm. We discovered hydroponics, a method that allows precise control over plant growth. It represented a perfect blend of nature’s beauty and technological precision.

In 2018, we received a request to utilize our farmland to aid Persons of Disability (POD) in developing agricultural vocational skills. This inspired us to devise a model adept at balancing profit with purpose.
