    • Mode: The agreement is facilitated as a Gift or Donation.

  2. Business Asset Ownership Agreements

    • With Florautie Angels:

      • Purpose: Establish an ownership agreement for a specific business asset.

      • Mode: The agreement costs 3000 AED.

      • Condition: The equity is capped at 11% and can be renewed over multiple terms.

    • With Florautian:​

      • Purpose: Establish an ownership agreement for a specific business asset.

      • Mode: The agreement costs 3000 AED.

      • Condition: The equity is capped at 33%, with potential renewal across multiple terms.

    • With Custodial Owner:​

      • Purpose: Create a business asset ownership agreement.

  3. Asset Lease Agreements

    • Between Florautie Angels, Florautian, Custodial Owner, and Florautie Florist:​

      • Purpose: Allow these entities to lease a specific asset.

      • Mode: The lease costs 300 AED per month.​

  4. Equity Buy-Back Agreement​

    • Parties Involved:​

      • BaKy Farms: Represented by Mohsin Abrar

      • Florautie Angels / Florautian, / Custodial Owner

    • Purpose: Guarantee the buy-back of equity under stipulated conditions.

    • Mode: The agreement is facilitated for 3000 AED.

  5. Operational Contract

    • Parties Involved:​

      • Florautie Farm(Bangalore): Responsible for Flower Production​

      • Florautie Florist(Dubai): Responsible for Flower Sale & Marketing

    • Purpose: A Joint Venture Agreement​

  • Florautie Farm: Represented by Manan Mubashir & Bahadur Khan. This Bangalore-based entity co-owns the Florautie brand and is responsible for flower production and Primary Owner of the Floriculture Assets.

  • Florautie Florist: Represented by Manan Mubashir & Fauzia Bahadur. This Dubai-based entity co-owns the Florautie brand and is responsible for sales and marketing.

  • MousProjects: This entity conceptualized Florautie, managing project development, floriculture operations, logistics, and sales & marketing support.

  • BaKy Farms: Represented by Mohsin Abrar is a 43 Acre Farmland Based in Bangalore Rural.
